Ok so my changes are not going to be so drastic. Doing that extreme thing I do is part of my problem and I was reminded of that yesterday. This might look like "bad food" but I found an authentic Mexican place that has all fresh food. Because of the injection I am on, I don't want to overeat since it makes me ill to eat too much and to eat really processed food. I am mentioning this because it is challenging telling people you are making changes when everyone has a different opinion on what those changes should look like. Well for me right now it looks like taking things meal by meal.
