For those thinking for a split-second that I will miss Canadian Healthcare.... Been here 4 hours already. I expect a long wait but when I presented to triage I told them my pain level, that my pain radiates down my arm, now into my jaw area on all on the left side, that I had sweats, etc etc. FOUR hours later and not a single blood test done, not an EKG or ECG to rule out a possible heart attack. Nothing. The triage nurse looks at me and asks: "would you like a Tylenol?" MIND YOU this is AFTER me telling him that I have tried the following: aleve, advil, Tylenol, aspirin, Robaxacet, cold, heat EVERYTHING. I don't care how "backed up our system is" it has been since the dawn of time and it NEVER improves. All this by the way wonderful Healthcare somehow justifies over 30%of our taxes being taken from us. I am so over it!
